[產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明]: 熱熔麥拉帶采用熱熔膠為MQ-40的高分子聚合物與PET聚酯帶均勻涂布而成，無(wú)毒無(wú)公害，符合最新版歐盟RoHS環(huán)保規(guī)章。保證能在較低預(yù)熱溫度下，具有良好的熱熔粘結(jié)效果，且保持長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定。

Product Description: Heat sealed polyester tape using hot-melt adhesive for MQ-40 high polymer and PET polyester coating, non-toxic and harmless, accord with the latest version of the EU RoHS environmental regulations. It has good effect of hot melt adhesive when the low temperature and can keep the stability for a long time.

[應(yīng)用方式]: 主要應(yīng)用于高頻信號(hào)線、射頻線、同軸電纜、電腦線、家用通信電纜等。利用線材外披覆壓出的熱能產(chǎn)生粘著，加固牢度好，密合優(yōu)異，后段加工簡(jiǎn)單。應(yīng)用于多導(dǎo)體控制線材內(nèi)部的絕緣用途，如信號(hào)線，同軸電纜，有線電視線材，USB3.1數(shù)據(jù)線，Series　ATA排線或是局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)電纜。

Application: Mainly used in high-frequency signal lines, RF cable, coaxial cable, computer lines, and communication cables and so on. Use thermal energy with out coating wire, good reinforce, excellent compactness and simple process. Apply to insulation function of multi-conductive control wire inner, such as signal wire, coaxial cable, TV wire, and USB3.1 data lines, series ATA wire or LAN cables.

三、電氣特性：耐溫180℃，具有較高的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，卓越的絕緣屏蔽性能，耐高溫、耐低溫，是理想的繞包材料，主要作為絕緣及隔離，同時(shí)可以增加特性阻抗。

Electrical characteristics: Temperature resistance of 180℃, with high mechanical strength, excellent insulation and shielding performance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance. It is an ideal wrapping material, mainly used as insulation and isolation, as well as increased characteristic impedance.

四、分切及包裝：分切最小寬度為2mm，采用軸裝形式；常規(guī)分切寬度為5mm，內(nèi)孔大小為52mm或76mm；收卷最大外徑為800mm，紙箱包裝。

Slitting and packaging: Slitting minimum width of 2mm, adopt shaft packing form; conventional slitting width is 5mm, bore size is 52mm or 76mm; the winding maximum outer diameter of 800mm, carton packaging.
